We are always on some food crazy…. Yes I call it crazy… It’s maybe a Diet / Health kick / Weight loss plan / muscle building what ever your needs maybe…..So to balance that we also have the latest food fads : Vegan, Paleo, vegetarian, no carbs, no sugar, protein , 5/2 , 80/20 diet just to name a few.
In a perfect world and if we didn’t work and stayed home 24/7 this would be so easy but unfortunately we are not living in a perfect world we work have stressful days and hectic lives. I will take my hat off to anyone who can stick to one of these food fad permanent lifestyle changes.

I am attempting to lose 2kg and its harder than you think…. Because it’s all in the food preparation however normal life does not consist of being home 24/7 with no stress you don’t always have time or energy to do the food preparation and near impossible especially in my life to eat meals with specifications…
Preparing food every day in advance doesn’t take long they say, well “ain’t nobody got time for that!”
I have completed 4 out of the 6 weeks of my attempt to lose 2 kg so far I have lost nothing and apparently gained 400g so I’m told …regardless I will soldier on and start praying for a perfect result. I will keep you all posted.
